• Can I print my book and have it bound?
  Sure!
  
  I have left 1" of space at the top of RWcss for you to have room to have a comb (recommend) binding. This will allow you to lay the book flat and to flip the pages over to the back.
  
  You can make more than one copy for your use only and for other users in your immediate family (same household), if you have a Family License for Rapidweaver or need an extra copy at work. Read the Terms and Conditions for more details.
  
  
  
• Can I get a refund?
  In short, no. Since you receive the ebook or theme instantly and there is no way to "ship it back" all sales are final.
  
  I would have no way to know if you trashed the electronic files or not.
• Terms of Use for eBooks
  Let's keep this simple:
  
  What you can do:
  
  You and your immediate family that live in the same house can use this book to learn from and use as a reference.
  
  You can print out copies or use as a PDF file, one for each Mac in the same house with said family members.
  
  You can print out a copies or use as PDF file on your personal computer at work.
  
  You can have this book bound professionally at a service bureau, print shop or by your own hands if you have the equipment for personal use as stated above.
  
  What You Can't Do:
  
  You cannot sell this book to others. You cannot represent yourself as the author of this book. You can not transmit this book in any form to others who are not part of your immediate family living in the same house. You cannot place this book online for download on any site for others to download.
  
  Bottom Line:
  
  This book is for you and your immediate family to use as a reference. Please send everyone else to this site to get their own copy.
  
  It is a lot of work to write these books and keep them up to date. Please do me the honor of not pirating it out. It will give you good Karma and help me to keep improving the books.
• Can I lookup my order information?
  Yes, see the Store link in the top navigation bar. In the submenu below the Store link is an Order Lookup link.
• Will there be hard copy books to buy?
  This depends on demand. I also want to have several revisions out before committing to a published paper version.

• Do I have to pay for updates?
  That all depends on how extensive the revision of each book is. If it is only a minor revision to update a few things then I would say no. My plan is to send out supplemental sheets of new information as needed and revisions of pages that need updating. This way you can print only the changes and add that to your copy of the book.
  
  If the revision is extensive, then I may need to charge a nominal fee for current book owners for a complete updated copy that would incorporate all the supplemental sheets as well as new pages.
  
  The advent of Leopard and the subsequent RW version will be a time to look to see if the book(s) needs updating or just supplemental sheets.
  
  
  
• Can I purchase using a Credit Card instead of PayPal?
  Yes.
  
  The PayPal checkout has an option, before you login to PayPal, to pay by credit card.
  
  It is a link located to the lower left of the first PayPal payment page you will arrive at after selecting our "secure PayPal checkout" button in the shopping cart. The title of this area for purchasing with a credit card is: "Don't have a PayPal Account".
  
  See the drop down menu for "Store" called "PayPal How To" for details.
  
  
  
• I never received my download link, what do I do now?
  Use the Inquiries Form at www.insiderapidweaver.com and send in any and all information on the time, date, name and transaction number (if you have it).
  
  Anything that will help me find your order and send you out a new download link.
  
  
  
• Can I contact you to help me modify a theme?
  You can always ask!
  
  Depending on my schedule, if I am in town, how many other inquiries there are and who knows what else, I may not be able to get back to you right away.
  
  Please use the RW Forum first. Then the Theme Developer for specific themes.
